Code of conduct

We value the participation of everyone at the HWO2026 symposium and want all attendees to have an enjoyable and fulfilling experience. Accordingly, all attendees are expected to show respect and courtesy to other attendees and staff.

In particular, the organizers and the participants are expected to adhere to the guidelines for good practice published by the European Astronomical Society and available here:

If you experience or witness breaches of the code of conduct, please contact any member of the LOC. They can be recognised at the meeting through special nametags. You can also contact the LOC chair through email (coralie.neiner@obspm.fr).
